I’m Shantel Rousseau — a London-based Fractional Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Consultant with over 10 years of experience supporting founders, CEOs and C-suite leaders across finance, PR, tech and high-growth startups.

I’ve managed operations across the UK, US, West Africa and Europe. I’ve led hiring pipelines, built operational systems from scratch, produced investor-ready materials, managed global travel for 15+ senior executives and acted as the strategic right hand that keeps ambitious businesses moving. At Fortress Investment Group I supported senior partners across London, Frankfurt, Dublin and Amsterdam. At Naked Truth PR I helped a founder scale through a critical growth phase. Right now I work with a small number of founders and leadership teams on a fractional basis — embedded, trusted and fully invested.

I think like a founder. I operate with discretion, clarity and ownership. If you need someone who can hold the centre while you focus on the bigger picture, that’s exactly what I do.
